| Boarding and Grooming at Animal Inn*spa*rations *~* We have developed our boarding care for dogs and cats with an emphasis on frequent individual attention from our caregiving staff. *~* We house your dog in a clean safe custom built kennel. *~* We house your cat in a bright clean cat condo with portals that can be opened to give your cat more room to explore or accomodate multiple cats from the same home. *~* We rely on our staff to provide kind and gentle care for your dog or cat. Your pet will socialize with caregivers and enjoy regular daily grooming and massage. *~* We engage your dog in supervised exercise and play. Your dog is kept separate from other canines. This helps us keep your pet safe from injuries that can occur by playing too hard with dogs from other homes and it minimizes the risks of disease transmission. Group play is only allowed for dogs from the same home. *~*We groom and play with the cats regularly throughout the day to keep your feline happy and purring. *~* We provide doggy daycare for your dog while you are away at work, out shopping or just need your K9 in a safe place for a few hours. *~* We provide sort and long-term boarding. There are discounts for extended stays. *~* We require that you pet's vaccination be current and that you present your pet's vaccine certificate upon arrival. *~* Grooming Service includes bathing, clipping, and nail trimming. Thank you. Cats require vaccination against rabies and upper respiratory diseases; panleukopenia, calicivirus, rhinotracheitis and chlamydia psittaci. Feline leukemia vaccines are optional and you should consult your veterinarian to determine your cat's individual needs. Dogs require vaccination against rabies, adenovirus, parvo virus, parainfluenza, heaptitis, and bordetella (kennel cough). Other dog vaccines such as those for coronavirus, leptospirosis, giardia, lyme disease etc. are optional and should be discussed with your veterinarian. Regular deworming is recommended for all cats and dogs that attend boarding and grooming facilities. Flea and heartworm prevention treatments are not currently required and your pet's individual needs should be verified with your veterinarian. Examinations, vaccinations and deworming may be arranged with the veterinarian attending the satellite office located right here at Animal Inn*spa*rations. If your pet requires vaccines, it is best that they be given at least 2 weeks before grooming or boarding. However, they can be given on admission for boarding if your pet has had the proper series of primary vaccines. Generally, a primary series includes two to three vaccines given every 3 -4 weeks to stimulate an anamnestic immune response that " boosts " the immune system. Your animal health care needs should be determined by a veterinarian and noted on your pet's admissions form.
